The word 'Bionity' (coined with the words biodiversity and humanity) represents the promotion of peace and prosperity for both planet and people. The Bionity Primary Schools will involve in programmes of wellbeing for people and planet. The programmes are based on five focus areas.

The five pillars of JOBA philosophy (the nature-centric sustainable way of life) are the five focus areas of Bionity Schools. The five pillars are: Universal Values, Sustainable Living, Life and Work Skills, Art & Literature, and Collaboration & Cooperation.

All the projects in Bionity Primary Schools will be executed as per the above strategy. 50% of the projects will be done in school context, where as 20% in their families, 10% in their neighbourhoods, 10% at the national and 10% at the global level.

Run Bionity modules within their country syllabus, comprising of five pillars of JOBA. They are Universal Values, Sustainable Living Practices, Life and Work Skills, Art and Literature, Collaboration

Operate Bionity Students Clubs as a co-curriculum activity. The members of the club will involve in activities related to five pillars of JOBA. 70% of the projects will be done in the schools, 20% will be done in their families and 10% in the community.

Attend 'online courses' specially designed for school leaders, school teachers, parents, non-teaching staff, parents and community members on the five pillars of JOBA.

Participate in 'International Talent Shows' and get 'International Awards'. The awards are given annually for various categories. All the stakeholders of the school are eligible for such awards.

Get consultancy and improve the status of the school based on the advices of the JOBA international experts team.

Take part in 'International Exchange Programmes' worldwide.
